Course taught by Cornell NNY Maple Specialist and Uihlein Maple Research Forest Director Adam Wild. Assess the potential for maple sugaring on your land, alternative trees (including birch and black walnut) for production, understand costs and benefits of different systems for collection, processing, and packaging.
